Bazi Playgroup & Persian Creation Cultural Event Volunteer Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Bazi Playgroup and Persian Creation cultural events! We appreciate your support in creating a welcoming, fun, and engaging atmosphere for our community. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions to ensure a positive experience for both volunteers and participants.

1. Volunteer Role

• Volunteers are expected to assist with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to event setup and breakdown, assisting participants, managing registrations, and helping with creative activities during events.

• Volunteers will be assigned specific duties based on the event needs and their individual strengths and skills.

2. Time Commitment

• Volunteers must commit to the full duration of their scheduled shift, unless prior arrangements are made.

• Volunteers should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled shift and be prepared to stay until the event concludes.

3. Conduct and Behavior

• Volunteers must treat all participants, fellow volunteers, and organizers with respect and professionalism.

• Volunteers must not engage in any form of discrimination, harassment, or behavior that disrupts the positive and inclusive environment we strive to create.

• Any concerns or issues should be addressed with the event coordinator in a constructive manner.

4. Health and Safety

• Volunteers must comply with all health and safety guidelines provided during events, including COVID-19 protocols or other relevant safety measures.

• Volunteers should inform the event organizer if they have any medical conditions or dietary restrictions that may impact their ability to perform certain tasks.

• In case of injury or an emergency, volunteers should immediately notify the event coordinator.

5. Confidentiality

• Volunteers may be privy to sensitive information, including personal participant details, event strategies, and planning. This information must be kept confidential and not shared outside the scope of your volunteer role.

6. Use of Media

• Volunteers may be photographed or recorded during events. By volunteering, you consent to the use of these images or recordings for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and event-related marketing.

• If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform the event coordinator in advance.

7. Volunteer Benefits

• Volunteers will receive recognition for their contributions during events.

• Volunteers may receive complimentary tickets or discounts for certain events or workshops organized by Bazi Playgroup and Persian Creation.

8. Termination of Volunteer Role

• Volunteers may discontinue their role at any time by providing notice to the event coordinator.

• Volunteers who fail to adhere to these terms and conditions or who engage in misconduct may be removed from their volunteer position immediately.

9. Acknowledgment

• By volunteering with Bazi Playgroup and Persian Creation cultural events, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

• Volunteers are encouraged to ask questions or seek clarification about their responsibilities before or during the event.
